When to arrive?
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow time to complete a brief consultation form. Please notify your therapist if you are pregnant or have any medical issues.
What if I am late?
Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment. We also require 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Group bookings require a deposit and if less than one weeks notice of changes is given the deposit will be forfeited.
Can I bring my children with me to the spa?
To adhere to our strict health and safety guidelines and to maintain the relaxing atmosphere of our spa we ask you to please make childcare arrangements for your children.
Cell phones
We request cell phones to be switched off or to silent mode whilst visiting the spa so as not to disrupt your treatment or other clients.
Payment
We accept, eftpos, Visa, MasterCard & Q card. We also accept credit card payment over the phone for out of town clients.
