Awaken and rebalance your skin & body with a DETOX regime…
Detoxification is the process of cleansing your body internally & externally each day
* Drink at least 1 litre of LA CLINICA SPA RADIANCE herbal tea throughout the day RRP $23.00
* Also drink at least 2 litres of spring water per day (room temperature or warm)
* Skin brush each morning in direction towards heart
* Massage in BODY CONTOUR GEL using a cellulite massager
* Exercise gently for 20 minutes, at least three times a week
* Eat fresh vegetables and fruit, preferably raw and chopped into small pieces
* Eat small portions, chewing each piece with consciousness
* Eliminate smoking, caffeine, alcohol
* Eliminate sugar and dairy from your diet
